Family & Relationships
- Positive relationships with family, friends, neighbours and my community are important to me. My wife and I have been married for more than 25 years, we have two healthy (physically, socially, emotionally) teenage children.
- We are privileged to live in a great community, city, province and country. Our Close (street) has 25 homes with a treed park in the middle and we enjoy a healthy connection with our neighbours. An annual Block BBQ is held where neighbours visit, play and eat together.
Travel & Exploration
- I enjoy travelling, seeing the world’s geography, meeting people, seeing what has been built and experiencing new cultures. I have had the privilege of traveling to four of the world’s six continents.
Optimism & Faith
- Life is great. Each day is a gift so I face it with optimism and joy.
- At times challenges come our way but approaching them with an attitude of “the glass is half full” is helpful.
- I realize I’m only here because of God’s grace. I depend on Him for life, health, strength and sustenance. God is my foundation.
