Reporting
Client Insight provides an Assessment Report for each interview completed. Besides the Likert Scale responses, Customers are also asked to provide comments and clarification. This feedback is often received in an uncategorized and almost random manner. Client Insight takes time to categorize this feedback so that Assessment Reports are easy to understand and logical to interpret.
Assessment scoring is provided at several levels:
• For the overall assessment.
• For each operational phase (example – Sales, Dispatch, Installation, Production, Service etc).
• A Customer Loyalty rating is determined based on the three Loyalty Dimensions.
