Our goal as a renovation company was to develop a wide base of loyal satisfied customers. We were hoping to develop systems and processes that would allow us to provide outstanding service and still help us to determine our systems strengths and weaknesses.
We felt this would be foundational in building a referral base of customers that would keep coming back, as well as provide great leads. Client Insight Inc. worked with us to develop a customized assessment tool that identifies our strengths and weaknesses from the view point of our customers. The Assessment has become our reference point for measuring success and has given us the confidence to launch our SCC 3-Way Guarantee.
