JORI Logistics is a one stop shop. They can do the entire package, customs and freight. With just one call or email, I can get an entire shipment from the port to our yard. Michele is responsive and great to work with. She always has options for us: from ‘slow and cheap’ to ‘fast and expensive’ and everything in between. She makes it easy. Sarah is good as well and she gets back to me ASAP. JORI’s response times are great, and I find them competitive.

I find JORI to be very streamlined, with no issues. I did have an issue a year or so ago where JORI did go over and above to get it right. They do a good job and are very knowledgeable. As a Canadian business, they are our trusted partner in imports and exports. JORI is local which is great, they manage it all well. Everything runs smoothly, they do it all and are easy to deal with.

I love working with JORI as they are always willing to work with us. When there are problems or when items get left behind which changes the shipping documents, JORI is always there to help us fix it. A couple days ago a shipment had some pieces that got left behind. JORI was able to access the system and put it on hold while we got new documents made. JORI was able to help this not become a mess. I find JORI to be reliable and they respond quickly. JORI gets 100% of our business.
