JORI Logistics is a one stop shop. They can do the entire package, customs and freight. With just one call or email, I can get an entire shipment from the port to our yard. Michele is responsive and great to work with. She always has options for us: from ‘slow and cheap’ to ‘fast and expensive’ and everything in between. She makes it easy. Sarah is good as well and she gets back to me ASAP. JORI’s response times are great, and I find them competitive.

I think that Alex with JORI provides amazing customer service. If I have a question, she gets back to me within an hour. Having a company that will follow-up and be diligent is not easy. JORI does it and it is of significant value. Their response and follow-up is done in a timely manner. It is a hectic world and in my mind, technology has not necessarily make things easier and more convenient. It has made people more demanding and service more difficult to deliver. People get angry when they don’t get their stuff. We have been with JORI for many, many years and their service works.

Anything going International, we used JORI. They are fantastic to deal with. If we have concerns they are swift with their responses and accurate with the information they provide. It can go across international borders and all I have to do is send one email. I don’t have to go to three places to make it happen.

JORI’s Customs CSR, Sarah, is super great. She gets back to us very efficiently. We have some vet products that are difficult to determine but she does the research as best she can before she talks with us. We have temperature sensitive biologics, chemo drugs and blood based products. It cannot freeze and it cannot get warm. What is really important to us is JORI’s efficiency, responsiveness and knowledge delivered in a proactive manner. I would recommend them because we have had zero issues with them.

I think that Alex with JORI is amazing. Her communication is very good and she gets back to me a lot sooner than the previous CSR did. If I have a question, she gets back to me within an hour. She provides amazing customer service. If she has a question, she asks me right away and focuses on clarity, so she understands. With Alex, there are no secrets, nothing is sugar coated, she tells me exactly what is happening.
