JORI Logistics is a one stop shop. They can do the entire package, customs and freight. With just one call or email, I can get an entire shipment from the port to our yard. Michele is responsive and great to work with. She always has options for us: from ‘slow and cheap’ to ‘fast and expensive’ and everything in between. She makes it easy. Sarah is good as well and she gets back to me ASAP. JORI’s response times are great, and I find them competitive.

I would say it is the convenience we have using JORI Logistics that keeps us coming back. The ease in getting our shipments arranged is what I value the most. We sometimes have to chase down answers, especially with the last order that we shipped. We had a truck lined up, ready to go then something happened to it and it ended up taking 2 weeks longer. JORI was prompt in dealing with the problem, but the time delay caused us issues and our costs also increased. The customs end runs very smoothly with no problems.

It allows us to track shipments, and I can forward the information to our customers. The freight quote service portal that gives us live quotes allowing us to schedule shipments right then and there, is also a great tool. Getting quotes for ocean freight within 2 days would improve our experience.

The service and knowledge of JORI’s staff are great. Both Jackie and the US staff are very professional with our freight forwarding needs. Shane knows exactly what to do on the customs clearance process. I have used JORI at other companies I was with and had no issues. Kobold is a very different company so these issues are not a fault of JORI’s doing. It will probably improve once I meet with JORI and setup a system.
