Legacy Kitchens Overview

Client Insight has conducted over 1,500 experience interviews with Legacy’s clients. We consistently hear about their high-quality renovations designed and built by professionals. What people appreciate most often is how carefully their Designers listen, to understand their needs and goals.

The next most frequent comment is how satisfied people are with the finished result and in many cases the renovations have been painless, on time and on budget. Clients continuously say they will recommend Legacy as their staff are personable, professional, easy to work with and accountable.

I was very happy with the quality of work done, and it was finished on time. That was important as I was living in my basement while the renovation was going on. You hear so many horror stories about renovations going on endlessly, and that wasn’t the case here. If we ever had a problem, it was the Legacy people who made sure it was done to our satisfaction. Installation

Clients tell us that during the installation process, Legacy’s Coordinators layout a realistic schedule for each trade and craftsman. They communicate the plan, remind trades and in some cases act as liaisons to keep the work moving. Clients often mention that Legacy’s Coordinators are pleasant, available, answer our questions, are organized and supportive.

Clients talk about the Installers as craftsman, meticulous, hard working, and diligent. We hear they communicate well, clean up after themselves and take pride in their work. When issues arise, Legacy’s staff do their utmost to resolve them. People describe Legacy’s Service Techs as being skilled and diligent.

The Legacy Kitchens team is terrific. From the design process through to the completion, everyone was an integral part of the process. Their timeliness, and their attention to detail is appreciated. In particular, Legacy’s Coordinator May, was outstanding and nothing was ever an issue for her. My kitchen is beautiful. They were on time and their Customer Service is top notch.

The Project Manager, John P, was awesome, and Juraj, who installed our cabinets was fanatically amazing. There is not one gap. If he didn’t like it, he tore it apart, and started again. I made a few little nicks in the cabinets before Andre their Service Tech arrived, and he appreciated that I was honest with him about it. He fixed it right away and addressed all my concerns. He was willing to make it right. It was perfect!

Customer Care

We routinely hear how welcomed and cared for people feel in the Legacy showroom. A feeling of warmth and inclusivity is what people share with us as they are encouraged to browse at their leisure or interact with a Designer.

Clients often comment about how pleasant, patient, and available Legacy staff are outside of the showroom. We repeatedly hear that Legacy staff are engaged, personable and supportive.

Legacy Kitchens customer care was very good. Even the receptionist was great. The first time I went into the showroom, I had my granddaughter with me. Legacy’s Service Tech Daniel knew what he was doing. Our pantry doors did not align, and it was very visible. It was a difficult fix and Daniel had to come back to get it right. Design Experience

Clients tell us that Legacy’s Designers are great to work with. They listen, they seek to understand, they are patient, and they will work to discover what is right for you.

We hear from some clients that they already have a good idea of what they want when they arrive. They are pleased when the Designer collaborates to refine their ideas and offers recommendations beyond what they thought was possible, within their budget.

In other cases, clients know they need a new look but have no idea where to begin. We hear about Designers asking questions, seeking to understand how their clients live and what they are hoping to achieve. We also hear that Legacy provides multiple designs, so the client has several options in designing their dream kitchen.

Michael Burr is a wonderful Designer, and we feel like he was hand-picked for us. He listened to what we wanted and never compromised. My husband and I had different ideas about what it should look like, and he integrated both of our ideas. He never let us settle. If I ever said, “I can live with that” he said “No, we are going to get it right”. I am so glad he did. The quality of the product is awesome. It is better than I expected. My kitchen is beautiful. Professionalism

In our conversations with Legacy’s clients, we hear things like our Designer was friendly, but kept things businesslike and professional. Other clients talk about everyone at Legacy being professional and taking accountability when things go wrong. One of the questions we ask is “was the Designer professional and easy to work with?”. In the last five years, 97% of clients have agreed with that statement.

The staff at Legacy Kitchens all do their job extremely well. They are very professional, open to ideas and suggesting ideas. Their Designer, Arno Switzer was easy to work with.
