We hear the excitement from customers when their new equipment is commissioned and optimized. Customers say that new equipment often requires training, so ELRUS staff come on site to provide it. Customers say ELRUS will stay on site until we understand how to use, adjust and optimize production. There are no secrets that a Tech will not explain. ELRUS Techs provide their cell numbers, so if questions arise, they can troubleshoot and provide guidance. We also hear that ELRUS’ Crushing and Screening schools provide a deeper level of knowledge and understanding.  Here are some stories customers shared:

During commissioning, the ELRUS Techs spent enough time training us so that we felt comfortable with the equipment. It is easy to adjust and check things. Troubleshooting calls occur during normal business hours, on the weekend, a weeknight or in the wee hours of the morning. ELRUS Techs work with customers to reduce downtime and promptly schedule site visits if necessary. Customers routinely comment about ELRUS Tech’s superior knowledge, expertise, willingness to help, ability to fix their equipment and offer training.

When I call Drew or Ryan, they tell me what to check. The issues are often resolved over the phone. If not, they come to site as soon as they can. We are screening 1,000 metric tons per hour with their equipment. It is truly impressive. We worked together with ELRUS to get our screening issues resolved. We no longer have to work 20-hour days or weekends. It has given me my life back. It has improved our operational efficiency immensely and we are saving a lot of fuel. From a service stand point, ELRUS is excellent. The guys are very good at bringing us parts from Winnipeg and for us that is huge. When James brings out parts compared to having it shipped, it saves us a day or two. I have priced out some new equipment and the ELRUS equipment is very expensive. The price for their parts though is very competitive compared with other suppliers.

We run our plants 24 hours a day, 6 days per week, so when we are down, we have to get things fixed immediately. The reason we send equipment to ELRUS in Calgary is that their crew is doing this work every day. Another reason is that ELRUS arranges the trucks that are going across Canada every day and Colleen in the Calgary office knows how to find them. She also has them text me when they are close for a pick up or delivery. It is pretty hard to beat that level of service!

They were excellent. I recommend ELRUS because they did a good job on our screen deck. ELRUS sent Cody to site quickly after I called. I appreciated the prompt service. I have already talked to others at Lafarge about the work that ELRUS did. They got me out of a bind and they may have had to drop another project to get me fixed up. I appreciate that.

I think that ELRUS does a good job of building their equipment and it is one of the better aggregate lines. We needed a VGF feeder and it has increased our productivity. We have an ELRUS screen deck and we have experienced that they build good quality equipment. ELRUS as a company is responsive and they do a pretty good job of taking care of their customer’s needs.

I would recommend ELRUS because of the thoroughness of their service. As issues came up, we communicated and moved forward. After delivery, a hopper wore out because it was missing wear plating. ELRUS will replace it after the season at their cost, and I appreciate that. The communication is really good.

That may be over the phone or by having Scott and a Tech come to site and check things out. I cannot do that with other suppliers.

I would recommend ELRUS because their staff look after me. If I need parts, they will help find them for me. That is particularly helpful when I am in a bad cell area and need to find parts. Jody steps up and finds them. They also have a lot of industry knowledge. Jared knows ELRUS equipment but he also knows Eljay, Clemro, Simmons and most other equipment. Between Jared and Spenser, there is nothing that we can’t trouble shoot over the phone. They both help and everytime I talk with them, I learn something.
