JORI Logistics is a one-stop shop. They can do the entire package, customs and freight. With just one call or email, I can get an entire shipment from the port to our yard. Michele is responsive and great to work with. She always has options for us: from ‘slow and cheap’ to ‘fast and expensive’ and everything in between. She makes it easy. Sarah is good as well and she gets back to me ASAP. JORI’s response times are great, and I find them competitive.

I’ve just been dealing with JORI Logistics for a couple of months, but everything runs smoothly and there are no issues. JORI is incredibly fast at getting back to us. We sometimes send 2 quotes at once to different people, and JORI keeps it all straight. I recommend JORI because their response times are very prompt. Employees are great and answer all our questions.

I value the ability of JORI Logistics to have a 1 stop shop for freight and customs. We provide our commercial invoice to JORI, and it’s handled with minimal issues. I’ve had questions on HS codes for freight items and Jackie has been very helpful when I’m talking to her. She either already knows the answer or helps direct me to the info I need. There have been instances where we had time sensitive shipments. We contacted JORI late, and they still managed to process the shipments for us.

I recommend JORI Logistics for fast clearance, good pricing, and good customer service. Week days it’s good and would rate them at 4/5. We use JORI for both freight and customs. After hours customs clearance service could improve. We sometimes have difficulty getting a hold of people or getting a response, and then we don’t know if a shipment is cleared so we have to check online.

For a mid-level company, I would absolutely recommend JORI Logistics. If a company cares about who they are talking to, and being able to reach people, then JORI is absolutely good. A large company might want to go with a bigger logistics company. JORI cares, they have all the tools in place and they are competitive.

The service at JORI Logistics has been great, and it’s good to have someone dedicated to our account. The personal relationships are what we value the most, and having a dedicated rep that we can reach out to and deal with every time. We can actually reach them on the phone unlike other companies where we can’t get through the barrage of their robotic phone system. JORI has more of a small business feel to it, and that works well for us as a small business.
