For more than 15 years, we have interviewed clients of the Pinnacle Group. These clients entrusted Pinnacle to complete large scale home renovations and additions. Guarantee

We all hear about renovation horror stories – started projects that carry on and on with costs that go up and up. We consistently hear a different story from Pinnacle’s clients. They say they are given a start date, a completion date, and a fixed budget.

We also hear that clients are given options without pressure. When a client decides to upgrade or change, a change order is completed so that the total costs will be transparent.

They really stood behind the philosophy and commitment to their SCC guarantee. The Pinnacle Group Renovations are also concerned about the quality standard of the product. I never had the feeling they were selling something that I didn’t need. For example, they refinished our wood flooring and fireplace instead of replacing it. Paul is true to his word. He came in with a budget that we didn’t initially like, but he followed through and delivered it. They knew how much it would cost. They gave us a core set of options (our needs) and also gave us a good number of other options so we could also choose our wants. And we did choose a lot of them. Our house now looks great! This is the second reno we have done with the Pinnacle Group Renovations. We did an exterior project 4 or 5 years ago. The fact that the schedule and budget is already part of Pinnacle Group’s process was important to us. I am completely confident that Pinnacle Group would get the work done and get it done well. I would recommend Pinnacle for that reason. I would though strongly encourage people to deal with the Owner, Paul, and then also list my caveats. Paul and Pinnacle Group are committed to getting the job done right. On one issue there was a bit of pushback from their staff, but when Paul got involved it was done. He is honest, trustworthy and super responsive. I also know that Pinnacle is a viable company and will not go out of business. Another issues was that we were dealing with Pinnacle’s subcontractors who have full time jobs elsewhere. So we were continually accommodating their schedule as opposed to their staff accommodating our schedule. Overall, we are happy with the way our renovation turned out.

The decision for us was that we could see the work they had done and would do. Seeing it was the selling point for us. We were impressed with their work. I would tell people to definitely consider Pinnacle Group and get a quote as they do great work and you have a higher degree of certainty as to what you will get. If there was anyone on the Pinnacle Team who was awesome, it was Brennan. He was responsive, courteous, a pleasure to deal with, knowledgeable about renovations and project management, he is patient and explained things really well. My rational for the 4 is that we are very happy with the results but initially, Pinnacle’s process was not clearly explained to us.

If I recommended Pinnacle, it would be with a lot of caveats. I would talk about the challenges. I would talk about the good things and that their design stage was good. There could have been better communication. There were measurement issues, and it would have been better if they had informed us. Brennan, their Site Supervisor provided a lot of value. The overall design was good, and Pinnacle delivered most of what they said.
